1. Service Agreement

By engaging Good Plumber Puchong for any plumbing service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Good Plumber Puchong ("we", "us", "our") and the customer ("you", "your") for all plumbing services provided.

Good Plumber Puchong provides plumbing repair, installation, maintenance, and emergency services across Puchong and surrounding areas in Selangor, Malaysia.

We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion, including situations where the scope of work falls outside our expertise or where site conditions pose safety concerns.

2. Pricing and Payment

Good Plumber Puchong operates on a transparent, inspect-then-quote pricing model:

• We inspect the plumbing issue on-site before providing a quote
• The quoted price includes labour and materials required for the repair or installation
• The price you agree to is the final price — no hidden charges are added after the job begins
• If additional issues are discovered during the job, we will inform you and provide a revised quote before proceeding
• Payment is due upon completion of the service
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and online payment methods

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the job, materials required, and the location of the property. All prices quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

3. Warranty Terms

All repair and installation work performed by Good Plumber Puchong comes with a workmanship warranty. If the same issue recurs after our repair, we will return and fix it at no extra cost.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence after the repair
• Modifications or work performed by third-party contractors on the same system
• Normal wear and tear of plumbing fixtures and components
• Pre-existing issues that were not part of the original repair scope
• Damage caused by natural disasters, flooding, or acts of nature

4. Scheduling and Access

When you book a service with Good Plumber Puchong:

• We will provide an estimated arrival time and do our best to be punctual
• You must ensure our team has safe and reasonable access to the work area
• If you are not available at the scheduled time, please inform us at least 2 hours in advance
• An adult (18 years or older) must be present at the property during the service

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled service by contacting us via WhatsApp. We request that you provide notice as early as possible.

• Cancellations made before our team departs for your location incur no charges
• If our team has already arrived at your property and you cancel, a call-out fee may apply to cover travel and time
• Good Plumber Puchong reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, severe weather, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and arrange an alternative appointment

6. Liability

Good Plumber Puchong will carry out all services with reasonable care and skill. However:

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or issues that were not part of the agreed scope of work
• We are not responsible for damage to concealed pipes, wiring, or structural elements that could not reasonably be detected prior to commencing work
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services

If you believe our work has caused damage to your property, please contact us immediately so we can inspect and address the issue.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about the plumbing issue
• Ensure the work area is accessible and reasonably clear of obstructions
• Inform us of any known hazards, asbestos, or structural concerns at the property
• Secure pets and ensure a safe environment for our team to work
• Obtain any necessary permissions from building management or landlords before the service

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Good Plumber Puchong website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Good Plumber Puchong and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

10. Changes to These Terms

Good Plumber Puchong reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
